• Orders delivered within New York State will include 8.875% sales tax.
• Rush Delivery is available upon request at the time of order. Additional charges will apply.

• International Flat Rate Shipping Flat shipping rates for international shipping via USPS International First Class Mail:
• US $8.00 to Europe and South America. US $12.00 to Australia.
• Insurance is not available unless order will be shipped Priority or Express mail. Additional charge will apply.
• Rush Delivery is available upon request at the time of order. Additional charges will apply.

• Other Carrier: Shipping through a different carrier using the customer’s account number is possible as well. Customer must select the service at checkout and provide the account number for the shipping service selected.
